Principal Engineer at Essenlix

Mingquan Wu has worked in the technology industry since 2005. Mingquan began their career as a Member of Technical Staff and Senior Scientist at Technicolor, where they developed a centralized channel selection algorithm using genetic algorithm (GA) for wireless networks in dense deployment and a TCP congestion detection algorithm based on traffic pattern. In 2010, they joined FutureWei Technologies as a Senior Researcher and Project Leader, where they worked on deep learning for image classification and processing, including a full pipeline of data collection, cleaning, preprocessing, model design, training and testing. In 2017, they became the Principal Engineer at Essenlix Corporation.

Mingquan Wu holds a Ph.D in electrical engineering from Michigan State University and a M.S. in circuit, signal and system from the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China.
