Cierra Marie McMichael possesses a robust background in the fashion and healthcare industries. Since November 2016, Cierra has held multiple design roles at Essense of Australia, including Development Designer, Technical Designer, Associate Technical Designer, and Assistant Design Coordinator. Prior to this, Cierra worked at Centerpoint Medical Center of Independence, LLC as a Certified Nursing Assistant and later transitioned to the Patient Portal Concierge position. Cierra's experience also includes a brief internship as a Bridal Design Intern at Katie Lee: Bridal + Eveningwear and a role as a Sales Associate at Windsor Fashions. Cierra holds a Bachelor of Arts in Fashion Design from The Art Institutes and an Associate of Arts in Business from Metropolitan Community College-Business & Technology.
