Noor Schopman

Noor Schopman is a seasoned professional in commercial leadership and customer experience management, currently serving as the Commercial Director at Essense since August 2018. At Essense, Noor drives business development and CX transformation, successfully leading teams to secure client proposals and exceed sales targets. Previous roles include Head of Clients, Customer Experience Lead, and Practice Lead Service Design & CX Strategy Consultant at Oxyma, where Noor launched a Customer Experience Management proposition. Other experience encompasses creative strategy consulting and UX design at aFrogleap, as well as roles in art direction and communication management. Noor holds multiple degrees, including a post-doctoral qualification in Customer Experience and Multichannel Management from Beeckestijn Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Communication & Marketing from HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht.
