Jurr Spiering

Jurr Spiering is an experienced manager currently serving as the Manager of Customer Journey & Operations for Contracting & New Products at Essent since July 2013. With a focus on journey management, customer service, and strategy execution, Jurr has held several leadership roles within the organization, including Manager Operations Development and Project Manager for World Class Operational Excellence, where responsibility included implementing a journey-based organization structure and transitioning to 100% digital service contact. Prior experience includes roles at CED – European claim experts as a Business Innovation Analyst and Project Manager, and a Solar Consultant at the Rural Energy Foundation. Jurr holds a Master's degree in Organization Studies from Tilburg University and a Master's degree in International Marketing Management from BI Norwegian Business School.
