Milon de Groot

Milon de Groot currently serves as an HR-adviseur at Essent since March 2023. Prior to this role, Milon held various positions at Yoast BV from July 2018 to March 2023, including HR Team Lead, HR-adviseur, and HR-assistant. Experience in the hospitality industry includes a role in bediening at Restaurant de Markies from August 2011 to December 2018. Additionally, Milon completed a thesis in Human Resource Management with Pierre et Vacances Center Parcs Group in early 2017 and interned in Human Resource Management at Nooteboom Trailers BV between August 2015 and May 2016. Milon holds a Master's degree in Organization Studies from Tilburg University and a Premaster in the same field, also from Tilburg University, as well as a HAVO degree in Economie & Management from MWC college Wijchen.
