Rimko Vlugt

Rimko Vlugt possesses extensive experience in product and process management within the energy sector, currently serving as Sr. Product Owner Finance - Payments & Credit Management at Essent since April 2010, where responsibilities include overseeing payments and debt collecting applications while leading an international development team. Previous roles at Essent include Product Owner for digital self-service and sales applications for SME customers, as well as managing heating and insulation solutions and customer contracting processes. Prior to Essent, Rimko held multiple management positions at RWE from July 2003 to April 2010, focusing on contract intake and credit management. Earlier experience includes leading internet development projects at Steenwinkel Kruithof Associates. Rimko is pursuing further education at Nyenrode Business University and holds a Master’s degree in Bestuurlijke informatiekunde from Tilburg University.
