Catherine Harding-Smith

After graduating from University with a 1st in Accounting and Finance, Catherine qualified as an accountant and worked for IBM in accounting and sales for 7 years before making the move into recruitment. Over the following 15 years she held senior consultant and managerial roles before setting up, and running, her own recruitment business for five years. Throughout her career, Catherine has built an excellent track record of delivering exceptional customer service and fostering successful relationships through her ability to connect with all stakeholders at all levels. Passionate about organisation and efficiency, Catherine ensures the business has the support and information it needs to operate at its optimum level. Outside of the office, Catherine lives with her husband, children and two dogs in Surrey. When she is not standing on the boundary attempting to understand the rules of cricket, you will find her on her Peloton or with a glass of Rose in hand. Maybe one day she will try both together.
