Andrea Chartier

Andrea Chartier is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in career counseling and workforce development. Currently serving as a Workforce Development Specialist at Essentia Health since June 2022, Andrea previously contributed to the College of St. Scholastica as a Career Counselor from August 2015 to May 2022, where support was provided to students and alumni throughout their career journeys. Prior roles include Talent Community Manager and Consultant at NORTHFORCE, focusing on strategic career coaching, and Regional Director at Adventures Cross-Country, overseeing program administration for adventure-travel trips. Andrea's career began at the University of Redlands, where as Assistant Director of Student Leadership and Involvement, foundational outdoor education programs were established, alongside leadership development initiatives for students. Andrea holds a Master of Arts in Higher Education Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Integrated Studies from the University of Redlands.
