Beth Olson

Beth Olson has over a decade of experience at Essentia Health, currently serving as the Director of Information Services Business Operations since June 2010. In this role, Beth provides strategic planning, leadership, and innovative solutions while focusing on team organization, change management, and continuous improvement. Previous positions within Essentia Health include Program Manager/Delivery Manager, where Beth managed electronic health record implementations to enhance continuity of care, and Business Support Analyst, responsible for developing a regulatory program and coordinating recruitment events. Prior to Essentia Health, Beth was the Service-Learning Coordinator at the University of Minnesota Duluth, facilitating collaboration among faculty, students, and community partners. Beth holds a Master of Education in Media and Technology from The College of St. Scholastica and a Bachelor of Science in Education from St. Cloud State University.
