Bradley Beard

Bradley Beard is an accomplished healthcare executive with extensive experience in hospital administration. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer for the East Market at Essentia Health since 2018, Beard previously held various leadership roles at Fairview Health Services from 1985 to 2018, including Regional President of the South Region and President of Fairview Southdale Hospital. Notably, Beard led significant initiatives resulting in improved patient care ratings and financial performance, including a $13 million net income improvement over three years and substantial growth in outpatient visits. Beard holds a Master of Healthcare Administration from the University of Minnesota and dual bachelor's degrees in Physical Therapy and Health and Physical Education from Medical College of Georgia at Augusta University and West Chester University of Pennsylvania, respectively.
