Heather Marsh

Heather Marsh serves as the Senior Director of Revenue Cycle Operations at Essentia Health since May 2022, overseeing strategic and operational functions related to revenue cycle management across various healthcare services. Marsh is also the Owner/Vice President of Roof Razor, a manufacturer of snow removal products since November 2019. Previously, Marsh held several key positions at Fairview Health Services, including System Director of Revenue Cycle, where responsibilities encompassed managing a $6B healthcare system's revenue operations. Earlier career roles included leadership in revenue cycle management and finance at HealthEast, AmerisourceBergen, and Allina Hospitals & Clinics. Marsh holds a B.S. in Business Administration from North Dakota State University and degrees in Healthcare Administration from Concordia College.
