Janice Shade

Janice Shade has been working in the medical field for over 20 years. Janice started their career as a SICU manager at a VA Clinic. Janice then moved to St. Luke's Duluth, MN where they became the Trauma Program Manager. In their current position, they are the SVP of Hospital and Surgical Operations for the East Market at Essentia Health. Janice is passionate about their work and takes pride in providing quality care for their patients.

Janice Shade has a Masters in Business Administration and Management from Webster University and a Bachelor of Science in Registered Nursing from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.

Their manager is Jon Pryor, President, East Market. They work with Brad Beard - COO - East Market, Christie Erickson - Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant Director - East Market, and Tammy Kritzer - SVP, Regional Operations and Primary Care - East Market.
