John Von Arb is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in human resources and total rewards strategies. Currently serving as the Vice President of Total Rewards at Essentia Health since September 2020, John leads initiatives related to employee benefits and compensation while collaborating with healthcare teams to optimize services for plan members. Previous roles include positions at Ardent Health Services, EnduraCare Acute Care Services, and Vanderbilt University Medical Center, where John managed compensation strategies, human resources operations, and corporate health initiatives. Early career contributions were made at Nissan North America and LifePoint Hospitals, where John developed and implemented HR strategies for large, diverse workforces.
