Rhonda Kazik

Rhonda Kazik is currently the Chief Nursing Officer at Essentia Health. Rhonda has previously served as the System Chief Nursing Officer at Community Medical Centers and as Vice President, Patient Care Services & Chief Nursing Officer at Ascension. In their current role, Kazik is responsible for providing on-site leadership for planning, design and delivery of nursing and patient care services and all facility operations within the Essentia Health system. Rhonda also represents Essentia Health in outside activities/functions and serves on community boards as appropriate.

Rhonda Kazik has a Doctor of Nursing Practice from Rush University, a Masters in Administrative Medicine from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and a Bachelors of Science in Nursing from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.

They work with Krista Skorupa - Division Chair Regional Practices - East Market, Jodi Mansfield - EVP, COO, and Michael Watters - Chief Legal Officer. Their manager is David Herman, CEO.
