Tracy Young is a seasoned healthcare leader with extensive experience in anesthesia management. As Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer, and also CEO and Owner of Essential Anesthesia Management since 2003, Tracy oversees a large team of over 450 MD anesthesiologists and CRNAs across 65 hospitals and ASCs in 7 states, handling all management, contractual, financial, and personnel aspects. Previous roles include Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist at Dauterive Hospital and Student Registered Nurse Anesthetist at Arrowhead Regional Medical Center. Tracy’s clinical journey began at Louisiana State University Medical Center as a Registered Nurse II. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Healthcare from The George Washington University and a Master of Science in Nurse Anesthesia from Texas Wesleyan University.
