Lynda Ritchie

Lynda Ritchie is a highly skilled professional with extensive experience in training delivery, project management, and ICT management. Currently serving as a Training Delivery & Systems Specialist and Project Officer at Essential Energy, Lynda is part of the Training Quality team within the People, Learning and Capability department. Since March 2019, Lynda has also worked as a Trainer at Atwea College, delivering digital literacy programs and developing engaging learning materials. Previous roles include Project Manager and Project Officer at integratedliving Australia Limited and Community Resources Limited, where Lynda led significant projects, including a SharePoint upgrade and the creation of cyber security training modules. Lynda’s career began in 2003 with Community Resources Limited, progressing through various roles in administration, ICT management, and training and assessment, establishing a strong foundation in managing operational effectiveness and delivering educational programs. Lynda's education includes multiple credentials from TAFE NSW.
