At Essential Extraction Corp, we engineered and patented a compact, closed-loop CO₂ recirculation module. This innovation powers what is now the world’s smallest liquid CO₂ extraction and prep-chromatography system capable of isolating pharmaceutical-grade compounds like piperine, curcumin, and marrubiin.

Through collaborations with laboratories and universities, we validated the system’s precision and scalability. We then identified a greater market opportunity by adapting this core module into a consumer-grade platform, bringing lab-quality extraction into homes and small labs.

Looking ahead, we are advancing toward self-powered systems by integrating turbine-based power recovery to offset the machine’s own energy consumption. This unlocks the potential to deploy our technology in off-grid or resource-constrained environments. Our long-term vision is to commercialize modular platforms across Energy, Cleantech, Agtech, and Healthtech, enabling clean, data-driven compound production and analytics at the edge.
