Divya Lella

Divya Lella currently serves as the Quality Manager at Essential Industries, Inc., where quality control processes are implemented to ensure product compliance with industry standards while minimizing defects and enhancing efficiency. Prior experience includes a role as a Research Chemist, focusing on the development of emulsion polymers and polyurethane dispersions. Divya has also worked as a Research and Development Chemist at Jacam Catalyst, engaging in product development for oilfield applications, and has held multiple positions as a Graduate Teaching and Research Assistant at institutions such as The University of Kansas and Western Kentucky University, contributing to various chemistry labs and research projects. Divya earned a Master of Science in Analytical Chemistry from The University of Kansas and a Master of Science in Organic Chemistry from Western Kentucky University, along with a Bachelor of Pharmacy from Gokaraju Rangaraju College of Pharmacy.
