Cara Cargill has extensive experience in facilitation, mediation, and outreach. Currently serving as an Associate at Essential Partners since 2017, Cara also contributes as a Facilitator for NH Listens and holds multiple roles at the Environmental Mediation Center, including Outreach Coordinator, Mediator, and Facilitator, since 2012. Previous experience includes serving as a Field Agent for Land For Good from 2015 to 2021 and as a FAIR Facilitator for the State of New Hampshire from 2013 to 2020. Cara managed and instructed at Willoughby Ridge Farm, Inc. from 2007 to 2012. Educationally, Cara holds a Master of Science in Mediation and Applied Conflict Studies from Champlain College, obtained between 2010 and 2012.
