Danielle Isbell is a Senior Consultant at Kinetic West, focusing on problem-solving for organizations to enhance social impact and community service, since October 2023. As a Dialogue Practitioner at Essential Partners since January 2018, Danielle facilitates dialogues and trains communities in constructive conversation. Previous roles include Senior Consultant at Spur Reply, leading client project management and producing marketing deliverables, and Program Manager at the Greater Kansas City Chamber of Commerce, where Danielle managed social impact initiatives. Danielle holds a Master's degree in Theology with a focus on Religion and Conflict Resolution from Boston University, and dual Bachelor's degrees in English Language and Literature from Belmont University and Queen Mary University of London.
