Prayag Dedaniya

Prayag Dedaniya is an accomplished software engineer with extensive experience in designing and developing advanced software systems. Currently serving as a Staff Software Engineer at Essential Personnel since October 2025, Prayag focuses on optimizing public safety agency management through a comprehensive platform. Prior experience includes a role as a Senior Software Engineer at Suzy from December 2020 to October 2025, where Prayag developed production AI systems, notably an advanced conversational AI system. Additional experience encompasses positions as Application Developer V at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Senior Software Engineer at Fareportal, and Controls and Software Engineer at Ingersoll Rand.
