Georgina Mason (MCIPD)

Georgina Mason (MCIPD) has over 20 years of work experience in Human Resources and Recruitment. Georgina began their career in 1996 as a Secretary at Euronav. In 1997, they became a Marketing Secretary at L'Oreal S.A., where they managed the Infinium launch photo shoot and acted as a key point of contact for customer complaints. In 1998, they moved to Credit Suisse First Boston as a PA to the Director. From 1999 to 2002, they worked as a Recruitment Consultant at Project People, Recruitment Consultant at Parker Bridge, and Senior Recruitment Consultant at Hays PLC. In 2002, they joined Appointments bi Language as a Senior Recruitment Consultant. From 2006 to 2012, they worked at Bloomberg as an HR Relationship Manager - News EMEA and Technical Recruitment Manager. Georgina then moved to Bausch + Lomb UK in 2012 as an Interim HR Manager and Senior Human Resources Business Partner, where they increased direct sourcing from 54% to 77% and reduced regrettable losses from 18% to 3.1%. Finally, in 2021, they joined Essential Pharma as a Senior Director HR and Human Resources Director, where they helped ensure that "To some patients we are Essential. To our people HR is Essential".

Georgina Mason (MCIPD) obtained their Bachelor's degree in Sociology and Psychology from the University of Leicester between 1993 and 1996. Georgina then attended the HR Leadership Academy in 2010, where they obtained an HR Leadership Academy in HR persuasive analytics. Prior to that, they attended St Leonards Mayfield between 1984 and 1993. In April 2017, they were awarded the Chartered Member CIPD from the CIPD.
