Bryan Lewis

Bryan Lewis currently serves as the Chief Investment Officer at United States Steel Corporation since August 2019 and holds several board positions, including member of the Board of Directors for Essential Utilities, Inc. and the Financial Accounting Foundation (FAF) since 2022, as well as a member of the Board of Trustees for the Steelworkers Pension Trust. Bryan Lewis has been an Advisory Board Member for the Virginia Retirement System since 2016 and previously held the position of Chief Investment Officer for the Pennsylvania State Employees' Retirement System from July 2016 to August 2019, and Executive Director of the State Universities Retirement System of Illinois from April 2015 to July 2016. Bryan Lewis also worked in Investment Management for the North Carolina Department of State Treasurer - Retirement Systems Division from April 2009 to April 2015. Bryan Lewis earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Maryland and an MBA in Finance and Financial Management Services from the University of Miami Herbert Business School.
