Eugenia Morlans has extensive experience in digital marketing and education. Eugenia started their career in 2013 as a Marketing Manager at Goalplan, where they were responsible for digital marketing and strategic planning. In 2014, they joined PalmaActiva as a Marketing Digital Teacher and Mentor, working to promote local economic development and entrepreneurial skills in Palma. Eugenia also worked as a Google Grants Project Manager at Semántica Social and as a Marketing Digital Professor at ICEMD - Instituto Innovación by ESIC.

Morlans has been involved in the education sector, teaching digital marketing, at various institutions. Eugenia served as a Digital Marketing Professor at EAE Business School, a prestigious business school in Spain, from 2017. In 2020, they took on roles as a Digital Marketing Professor and Tutor at Escuela de Organización Industrial and Generation Spain.
