Vanessa Marne

Vanessa Marne has a diverse work experience history. Vanessa most recently worked at Essentialist as a Travel Designer, starting in March 2023. Prior to that, they held the role of Travel Operations Executive at Essentialist from March 2022 to March 2023. Before joining Essentialist, Vanessa worked at Palacio Can Marques 5-Star Grand Luxe Boutique Hotel as a Receptionist and Reservations employee from October 2018 to March 2022. Vanessa also served as a Revenue Manager at Autoclick Rent a Car from August 2016 to July 2018. Vanessa began their career at Google, where they were part of the Customer Service Department, specializing in Google platforms support, technical support, and payments and fraud. This role lasted from July 2015 to July 2016. Prior to that, they worked as a Receptionist at Village Urban Resorts from February 2015 to July 2015 and as a Spanish and English Teacher for a private institution from October 2014 to March 2015. Vanessa also has experience in the hospitality industry, working as part of the conference and banqueting team at Hawkwell House Hotel from May 2012 to February 2015. Vanessa Marne holds a Licentiate degree in the History of Art, which they obtained from the Universidad de León from the year 2000 to 2006. In 2013, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Tourism from the Universidad Nacional de Educación a Distancia - U.N.E.D., and their enrollment in this program is ongoing. Furthermore, Vanessa has acquired additional certifications, including IT Fundamentals for Business Professionals in software development and hardware from edX in February and March 2021, respectively. Vanessa also obtained a Certification in German language A1.2 from Infoeduca Palma in February 2021, and completed a course called RevenueWeek from TuriSCool in the same month and year.
