Matthew Donahue

Matthew Donahue is an experienced finance professional currently serving as an Asset Management Associate at Essential Properties Realty Trust, Inc. since March 2020, having previously held the position of Accountant/Analyst. Prior to this role, Matthew worked as an Analyst at Link Logistics Real Estate from August 2019 to March 2020, and as a Financial Analyst in FP&A at Aramark from July 2018 to August 2019, where responsibilities included developing a $45M overhead budget and building capital investment models. Matthew also gained experience as a Finance Intern at Aramark in 2017, contributing to posting journal entries and streamlining processes. Early in their career, Matthew coached youth basketball for the Princeton Recreation Department. Matthew holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and Economics from Lehigh University and graduated from Princeton High School in 2014.
