Mike Ivancic

Mike Ivancic is currently the Vice President and Head of Credit at Secure Properties, where they oversee credit underwriting for new investments and manage the existing portfolio. Previously, they played a pivotal role in establishing the investment strategy and tenant underwriting process at withco. Mike has extensive experience in commercial real estate, having worked at UC Funds as well as serving on the investment team at Essential Properties Realty Trust, where they reviewed and underwrote over $800MM in transactions annually. They began their career at PwC in its Asset Management Assurance division and graduated with Highest Distinction from Emory University's Goizueta Business School with a degree in Finance and Accounting. Mike resides in Manhattan, New York, and enjoys spending time on Cape Cod.
