John Bergantino

John Bergantino is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in investment and asset management. Currently serving as Senior Vice President at SomeraRoad Inc. since July 2022, John has previously held roles such as Vice President at Innovo Property Group from April 2018 to July 2022. Innovo Property Group specializes in acquiring and managing high-quality retail, residential, and commercial assets in the New York metropolitan area. Prior to that, John was an Associate at Wharton Equity Partners and an Analyst at Starwood Property Trust. John holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Real Estate from The Wharton School, completed in 2015, and is a graduate of Belmont Hill School.
