At Ellie Mae, Rachael served as a Senior Customer Success Manager, overseeing customer communications and support. Subsequently, Rachael held positions such as Vice President of Origination Technology at EverBank, where responsibilities included overseeing project methodologies, driving strategic projects, and managing IT lending systems. Currently, Rachael is the Director of Release Management at Essentials, having also held an Associate Director position at Freedom Mortgage.
