Shaneice Jordan is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in middleware administration and software development. Currently serving as a Sr Middleware Admin at Archwell Essentials since November 2021, responsibilities include installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of WebSphere related technologies. Prior to this, Shaneice held roles at Acoustic as an Acoustic Content Developer, focusing on content development, API testing, and frontend UI enhancements, as well as at IBM for two decades, contributing as a Content Hub Test Specialist, WebSphere Portal Install/Configuration Lead, and WebSphere Portal Quality Assurance professional.
