Anbu M is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience spanning over 17 years in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Country HR Manager at Essentra since October 2022, Anbu M is responsible for developing and implementing the HR strategy for the organization in India. Previously, Anbu M held positions such as People Partner - Operations at Log9 Materials and Head of HR at Mapei, leading HR functions and objectives for the India Region. Anbu M's experience also includes a role as Consulting Director at CrossConnection HRM Services, overseeing HR policies and practices for diverse clients, as well as serving as Head of HR at Polyflex Group and Regional HR Head at Godrej Tyson Foods Limited. Anbu M began a career in HR in various roles including Regional HR and Recruitment Executive. Anbu M holds an MBA in HR from ISBM and has a foundational education from St. Xavier's.
