Shuaib Ally is an experienced Human Resources professional with a comprehensive background spanning over 16 years. Starting as a Graduate in Training at Goodyear South Africa, Shuaib progressed through various HR roles to become a Senior Human Resources Manager and Country HR Manager at Tenneco. Subsequently, Shuaib took on the position of Head of Human Resources at Cemza (Pty) Ltd. Expertise includes recruitment, training and development, industrial relations, performance management, and compliance. Shuaib holds a BTech degree in Human Resources from Nelson Mandela University and has successfully managed HR functions in diverse sectors.
