Chad Cassinelli

Chad Cassinelli has extensive experience in the field of Human Resources. Chad most recently served as the Vice President of Human Resources at Essentra, a position they have held since November 2023. Before that, they were the Head of Human Resources Operations at Cerion Consulting LLC, where they specialized in helping start-up businesses improve their HR systems and structure. Prior to that, Chad was the Vice President of Human Resources at Rittal North America LLC, where they oversaw the company's human capital strategy and talent agenda. Chad has also held HR roles at Kinder Morgan, Inc., Global Eagle Entertainment, Prestone Products Corporation, BorgWarner, and Icon Identity Solutions, where they provided strategic and tactical HR support in areas such as employee relations, talent acquisition, and policy interpretation. Chad Cassinelli obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Organizational Management from Concordia University Chicago in 2013. In the same year, they also obtained a Certification in Human Resources Management in the field of Organizational Leadership from the same university. Chad Cassinelli is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Human Resources Management and Services at Concordia University Chicago, with an expected completion in 2023. Additionally, they hold certifications as a Myers & Briggs MBTI Certified Trainer and Practitioner from the Myers and Briggs Foundation, obtained in 2015, and as a Certified First Responder/Emergency/Advance Emergency Medical Technician from the OSHA Safety Training Institute, obtained in 2012.
