Josh Hayes

Josh Hayes has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Josh is currently the Director of Supply Chain Initiatives at Essentra since 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Manager of Supply Chain at ROCKWOOL Technical Insulation in 2021. From 2019 to 2021, they were a Demand Planner at Cornerstone Building Brands, where they implemented statistical forecasting methodology and standardized processes in the Sales/Operations Planning team.

Before that, Josh worked as a Regional Distribution Manager at Venator Materials Plc from 2017 to 2019, where they managed monthly S&OP activity, maintained high inventory accuracy, and reduced costs through process improvements. Josh also served as a Regional Distribution Manager at Huntsman Corporation in 2016.

Earlier in their career, Josh held various roles at Quanex Building Products Corporation, including Production Manager, Advanced Manufacturing Manager, Project Manager, and Inventory Planning Administrator. Josh also worked as an Operations/Purchasing Manager at Fitts Industries and Purchasing/IT Manager at WM Coffman, LLC.

Josh's career started in the Illinois Air National Guard, where they served as a Weapons Technician from 2001 to 2007. Overall, Josh has demonstrated expertise in supply chain management, demand planning, distribution, and operational efficiency improvement throughout their career.

Josh Hayes attended the University of Phoenix from 2006 to 2008 where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Management.
