Mattias Ruudh

Mattias Ruudh is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership and management across various roles. Currently serving as General Manager Nordic at Essentra since September 2013, Mattias holds full P&L responsibility for the Nordic region, which includes Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, and the Baltics. In this role, Mattias drives sales performance, sets budgets and targets, and ensures compliance with company policies. Previously, Mattias served as General Manager at Essentra Components and has a longstanding career at Isolda AB, where roles included Managing Director, General Manager, Supply Chain Manager, and Marketing Director, among others. Throughout Mattias's career, a strong focus has been placed on developing teams, enhancing operations, and implementing strategic initiatives to foster business growth.
