Ozan Dogan

Ozan Dogan has over 14 years of work experience in finance and audit roles. Ozan is currently the Global Operations Finance Director at Essentra, where they lead and manages the Operational Finance Function globally, overseeing three geographical regions. Ozan is responsible for developing a best-in-class finance service offering and supporting the Regional Managing Directors in achieving budgetary and operational targets. Prior to this, Ozan worked as the EMEA Finance Director at Essentra and as the Head of Financial Control and Compliance for the Packaging Division (US & Europe). Before joining Essentra, they were the EMEA Head of Business and Financial Controls at Coats, where they designed and implemented financial controls across the region. Ozan also has experience working at Kimberly-Clark, Hayat Holding, Ernst & Young Luxembourg, Anadolu Group, and KPMG in various finance and audit roles.

Ozan Dogan attended Istanbul University from 1999 to 2003, where they earned a degree in Economics. Ozan then went on to Marmara University from 2003 to 2004, where they completed an MBA in Business Administration.
