Marie Mentfakh

Marie Mentfakh is an experienced property manager with a strong background in managing both residential and commercial real estate portfolios. Currently serving as a Property Manager at Esset Property Management since May 2021, Marie oversees a portfolio of 90,000 m² across 33 buildings, handling technical and administrative management of an IGH in co-ownership. Prior experience includes a role as Principal Manager and Agency Head at Foncia Property Management, where management responsibilities encompassed a portfolio of 48,000 m² of commercial space and 200 residential units, leading a team of five. Marie's career also includes property management roles at Allan Becker, where oversight included a diverse real estate portfolio and experience in co-ownership management. Additional roles in administration and management were held at Pacifica, Ecole d'architecture de Rouen, and Subway. Marie holds a Master’s degree in MAGI from Groupe ESPI and a BTS in bilingual executive assistance from AFPA.
