MacKenzie Moran

Mackenzie Moran is a highly experienced professional in career services, currently serving as the National Director of Career Services at Lincoln Tech since January 2022 and as a Job Developer at Essex County College since February 2016. With a strong background in employer relationship building and career counseling, Mackenzie provides comprehensive job readiness training, resume development, and interview preparation for students and alumni. Previous roles include Employment Specialist at New Jersey Reentry Corporation and Rutgers University, as well as an Employment Specialist at Goodwill Industries, where skills in case management and vocational guidance were further developed. Mackenzie also has experience in service coaching with Easter Seals New Jersey, along with earlier positions in customer service and security. Mackenzie holds a Master's degree in Public Administration from Walden University and a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice from Widener University.
