Sethi-Pagan Upasana

Sethi-Pagan Upasana currently serves as the Assistant Registrar at Hudson County Community College since July 2018 and has been a Student Services Representative-Graduation at Essex County College since January 2000. Sethi-Pagan holds a Master of Arts in Higher Education in Leadership from William Paterson University of New Jersey, completed in December 2022. Additional educational credentials include a certification in Business Analytics, Economics for Managers, and Financial Accounting from Harvard Business School in 2020, as well as MBA studies at New Jersey City University in 2020. Sethi-Pagan holds a Bachelor of Science in Justice Studies-Criminal Justice from Berkeley College and two degrees from Essex County College: an Associate of Science in Criminal Justice and an Associate of Arts in Liberal Arts.
