Tracy C. currently serves as a Youth Development Specialist in the Talent Search program at Rutgers University - Newark, where responsibilities include working with over 150 students in various life and career-related topics. Tracy also acts as a Consultant and Career Coach for the Equal Opportunity Fund at Essex County College. Previous experience includes roles as a Resume Writer, Coach, and Trainer in multiple organizations from 2009 to 2022, alongside serving as a Client Services Liaison at SteepRock Inc. Between 2009 and 2014, Tracy worked at Essex County College in various positions related to career counseling and education as an Adjunct Professor. Tracy holds a Master of Arts in Strategic Communication and Leadership from Seton Hall University, a Master Certificate in Project Management from The George Washington University, and a Bachelor of Science in Management Science from Kean University, among other qualifications.
