Adam Thompson

Adam Thompson is an experienced professional in development operations and policy management, currently serving as the Head of Development Operations at Essex County Council since March 2007. Prior roles at Essex County Council include Senior Development Operations Manager for Essex Housing, Lead on Whole-System Working, Senior Policy and Strategy Advisor, Partnership Improvement Manager, and Performance Improvement Officer. Prior to this, Adam Thompson worked as a Policy and Performance Officer at Sevenoaks District Council and as a National Management Trainee at Medway Council. Adam Thompson holds multiple degrees from the University of Warwick, including an MSc in Public Management and a PgDip in Local Government Management, as well as an MA in Personnel and Development from De Montfort University and a BA in Geography from the University of Liverpool.
