Alan Lindsay

Alan Lindsay is an experienced professional in transportation planning and infrastructure, currently serving as the Transportation Planning & Infrastructure Manager at Essex County Council since November 2007. Over the years, Alan has held several key positions within the council, including Transport Strategy & Engagement Manager and Principal Area Transportation Co-ordinator. Prior to this, Alan gained coaching experience as the Assistant Coach for Junior Women at Scottish Hockey and worked as a Transportation Officer and Engineer at Fife Council. Alan's educational background includes a BEng (Hons) in Civil & Transportation Engineering from Edinburgh Napier University, completed between 1993 and 1998.
