Chris Whitbread is an experienced political leader and business professional, currently serving as the Cabinet Member for Finance and County Councillor at Essex County Council since May 2017. Additionally, Chris has held the position of Leader of Epping Forest District Council and District Councillor at Epping Forest District Council since May 1998. As the Managing Director of MILLERS ESTATE AGENTS (1974) LIMITED since December 1996, Chris combines expertise in both public service and the private sector. In 2004, Chris briefly served as a Perspective Parliamentary Candidate for West Ham with the Conservatives.
