Daniel Cotton

Daniel Cotton is an experienced professional currently serving as Customer Intelligence Manager at Essex County Council since February 2022, previously holding the title of Customer Intelligence Analyst. In this role, Daniel focuses on developing Power BI reports and dashboards, serving as a subject matter expert for library services and the Essex Contact Centre. As co-founder and Director of Development at InstCoffee since July 2017, Daniel manages development roadmaps and financial oversight for mobile simulator games. Former experience includes roles as a Business Analyst at First Data Corporation and later Fiserv, where Daniel led internal reporting and analytical efforts for senior management across the EMEA region. Daniel holds a BSc (Hons) in Computing from Anglia Ruskin University and has a solid background in customer service and technical support within contact centre environments.
