Kieran Touhey

Kieran Touhey currently serves as a Business Development Officer at Essex County Council since September 2023. Prior to this role, Kieran held various positions at Hays, starting as an Associate Consultant and advancing to Senior Client Engagement Manager from January 2022 to September 2023.
