Kim Sibley

Kim Sibley is an experienced professional in the field of training and development, currently serving as the Development and Training Lead at Essex County Council since February 2021. In this role, Kim has also held positions as Testing and Training Manager and Head of Operational Systems & Development. Prior experience at Essex County Council includes serving as a systems trainer, where Kim was responsible for the design, update, and implementation of the case management system for children's social care. Additionally, Kim spent over 18 years at Essex Police as an IT Systems Trainer and Senior System Administrator for the Child Abuse Investigation Team, specializing in training for police systems and serving as a subject matter expert for child protection and domestic abuse systems. Kim's education was completed at Frances Bardsley School from 1976 to 1982.
