Lin Perry

Lin Perry serves as the Senior Investment Services Manager at Essex County Council since March 2014, specializing in inward investment project management, including guiding Chinese businesses in establishing operations in the UK. With expertise in identifying suitable premises and navigating the complexities of business registration, Lin also advises on the differences between conducting business in the UK and China. Concurrently, Lin has been a Chinese/English interpreter for Global Translation Service since April 2013. Previous roles include Land Service Contractor at Cox and Kings DMS and Tour-coordinator team leader at Miki Travel. Lin's career began at the China Inner Mongolia Economic Development Committee, providing translation and interpreting services as PA to the Vice-President. Lin holds a diploma for Public Interpreting Services and two degrees in Language Interpretation and Translation, and Business English and International Trade.
