Rebecca Stillwell

Rebecca Stillwell is an experienced professional in organisational development and change management, currently serving as the Organisational Development & Change Lead at Essex County Council since September 2021. Leading the council's transformation programme, Rebecca has been instrumental in implementing the change management strategy for Microsoft 365 adoption.
