Tom Aldworth

Tom Aldworth has extensive experience in data analytics and performance insight, currently serving as the Head of People Analytics, Performance & Insight at Essex County Council since January 2010. Throughout a successful tenure, Tom has held multiple positions within the council, including Intelligence Manager, Senior Analyst, Analyst, Information Officer, Information Coordinator, and Information Assistant. Additionally, Tom worked as a Delivery Manager at the Essex Centre for Data Analytics from March 2019 to August 2024. Tom holds a BA Hons in Education Studies from Anglia Ruskin University, completed between 2008 and 2011.
