Rick Hylton

Rick Hylton is the Prevention Committee Chair and Home Safety Committee Chair at the National Fire Chiefs Council. In addition, Rick currently serves as the Chief Fire Officer/Chief Executive at Essex County Fire and Rescue Service. Prior to this, Rick held roles at Cambridgeshire Fire and Rescue Service, including Assistant Chief Fire Officer and Head of Community Safety. Rick also worked as a Director at CFOA National Resilience Ltd. Rick received their education from the University of Warwick and Warwick Business School.
